MyExpressCheckout is a safe, secure, and convenient way to store your address information to be used for purchases made at merchants on the Internet. You only have to enter your information once and it can be easily accessed when shopping at participating MyExpressCheckout merchants. Your purchase history is conveniently stored for online review and easy management of your expenditures.
When shopping at a participating merchant, you will have the option to create a MyExpressCheckout account as you check out. If you elect to set up a MyExpressCheckout account during your checkout, all of the shipping and billing information can be retained for easy retrieval during future purchases.
There is no charge for creating your MyExpressCheckout account or for using it to make purchases at participating merchants. All applicable charges for the credit or check card used as payment may still be assessed by the financial institution that issued the card (i.e., monthly fees, annual fees, transaction fees, interest on outstanding balances, etc.).
MyExpressCheckout is used when ready to check out at participating MyExpressCheckout merchants. It is quick, easy and convenient. After providing your User ID and password, your address information is automatically displayed on the checkout screen. If no changes are necessary, then, with one click, your checkout is complete. It's that easy.
Because your MyExpressCheckout information is securely stored for you and not on your desktop, you can access your MyExpressCheckout account from any PC with Internet access.
While your MyExpressCheckout account can be accessed with any browser, we recommend using Internet Explorer 3.0 or Netscape 3.0 or higher. You do not need any special software applications to support MyExpressCheckout. You don't need to download any software to your desktop.
All of the information contained in MyExpressCheckout is stored securely by B3 Corp., rather than with the online merchant. Additionally, the only way to access your MyExpressCheckout information is by using your User ID and password, known only to you.

The merchant has access to your address information for shipping purposes only. The shipping address is sent to the merchant during an online purchase transaction, but at no other time does the merchant have access to the MyExpressCheckout account holder's address information.
Once you have created a MyExpressCheckout account, you can access your account to add or change stored information at http://www.myexpresscheckout.com.
You can add additional addresses, change existing addresses, change the default shipping address, or delete addresses in your MyExpressCheckout account by accessing the Address Book Summary screen. You can change information in your personal profile by accessing the Update Personal Profile screen. You will have an opportunity to edit your address record during the check-out process as well. You can specify whether this is a one-time override or an update to your MyExpressCheckout record by checking the box on the update screen.
There is no way to delete your entire MyExpressCheckout record, but you can delete all addresses except your default address from your MyExpressCheckout account.
Just access the Change Security Options screen in MyExpressCheckout to change it. You can change your password or any of your security information as often as you like.
You cannot change the User ID that you selected when you created your MyExpressCheckout account.
If you forget your User ID, you would need to set up a new MyExpressCheckout account with a new User ID and Password. For security reasons, a customer service representative cannot give you that information.
If you forget your password, you have two options. 1) If you have previously established a keyword question and can give the correct response, you may reset your password online. 2) You may contact customer service at 1-888-865-5216 to have your password reset. Passwords cannot be reset via email requests.
We recommend that you store a password reminder in your MyExpressCheckout, which can be done on the Change Password screen. Your password reminder should not contain the password itself.
Your Key Word Question and Response will be used to verify you as the MyExpressCheckout account holder when you contact customer service or if you happen to forget your password and need to reset it online. This added security prevents unauthorized persons from gaining access to the information stored in your MyExpressCheckout account.
The default shipping address is used as your preferred shipping address when you use MyExpressCheckout to make purchases on the Internet. As you shop, you may change the shipping address for any purchase without changing your default. Additionally, you may change the default shipping address in your MyExpressCheckout account at any time by accessing your account and clicking on "Add/Update Address Book".
All MyExpressCheckout account holders must have an email address. Your email address is used for communication between you and the MyExpressCheckout merchant for order and shipping confirmation. Your email address is also used for correspondence between you and B3 Corp. for notification of special offers and promotions at MyExpressCheckout merchants, communication with customer service for MyExpressCheckout account holders, etc.
No, your MyExpressCheckout account can store an unlimited number of addresses, date reminders and online purchase receipts.
For any questions regarding orders or products purchased with your MyExpressCheckout account, you must contact the merchant where the purchase was made.
